TCT participated in a Planning Charrette and used this project specific data in the process of validating the MILCON DD Form 1391 through MCACES, preparing an Economic Analysis through ECONPAK, and producing an updated 1391 Summary with detailed cost breakdown. In addition to the Planning Charrette, a Campus Development Plan Needs Assessment was performed. The project encompassed the new 137,040 SF Conference Center and Auditorium at the National Defense University. With over 5,000 students enrolled, there was an immediate need for the development of the auditorium and Conference Center with associated parking, capable of supporting the entire student and faculty population at once.
