As a Senior Cost Estimator, Adel has a played a critical role in the company’s growth and development since its inception in 2007. With over 25 years of cost management and cost planning experience, he has managed a broad range of construction projects from conception to completion, with extensive experience in the municipal, higher education, K-12 and healthcare markets. Adel is well versed in contract and procurement management and has led teams of estimators in providing services for several term contracts, including NYU Langone Medical Center and FDNY. In his career he has estimated dozens of higher education projects for SUNY, CUNY, and DASNY.
As Managing Director of TCT’s Washington D.C. office, Martin brings more than 25 years of global construction industry accomplishments and an impressive track record of delivering high profile projects on-time and on-budget. He is familiar with a variety of estimating software programs (MII, PACES, SUCCESS), and his responsibilities include the management of cost estimating efforts from Feasibility Studies and Concept Design through Construction Documents and Procurement; Bid Analysis; Value Engineering; Quality Control; Change Order Review and Management; Claims Auditing and Reporting; and Client Representation. The K-12 education sector is one in which Martin has excelled, and he regularly leads projects for DC Department of General Services, DC Office of Public Education Facilities Modernization, Anne Arundel County Public Schools, Baltimore City Public Schools, and Alexandria City Public Schools. Under his management, the DC office has provided estimating services for over a dozen DC DGS school modernization projects. n.
Solomon is a qualified construction cost estimator with four decades of experience. His expertise includes preparation of cost plans, feasibility, conceptual, budget, schematic, design development, construction, and bid document cost estimates for residential, commercial, institutional, industrial projects as well as civil infrastructure works. Solomon is efficient with numerous computer based estimating programs such as: SUCCESS, MCACES, Cost Works, Trakware Earthworks, etc. He is known for his great organizational and communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with clients, architects, consults, and contractors. His projects with TCT have included working with SUNY, NYC School Construction Authority, MTA LIRR, and FDNY. Past projects of his include working with NASA, JFK, and the NIH. Solomon is currently an active member of AACE International USA and is a past member of the Board of Directors with the AACE National Capital Section in Washington, DC.
Kristen recently joined TCT to oversee the firm’s marketing efforts. Her day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and development of qualifications and proposals; designing branded collateral and marketing materials; developing web content; administration of the firm’s CRM system; and internal and external communications.
With nearly four decades of experience as a Senior Project Manager and Mechanical Estimator, Randy Eckley has successfully maintained the accuracy and integrity of construction cost estimates for an array of project types. His experience includes project management, supervising within the estimating department, and coordinating field operations. Past projects include working with Baltimore County Department of Public Works, Johns Hopkins University, and Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. With TCT, Randy has also provided cost estimating services for New York City’s Office of Management & Budget Hurricane Sandy Recovery Projects, as part of an on-call contract. Under this contract, there were a wide variety of repair projects for municipal, commercial, and recreational buildings which included work on parks, waterfront buildings, offices, fire and police stations, plazas, museums, and aquariums that were damaged by the storm. Scopes of work have included total building replacement, flood walls, coastal remediation and mitigation, emergency communication equipment, and foundation construction for the elevation of buildings.
Jeannine joins TCT with 28 years’ experience in leadership, business development, and marketing roles for nationally recognized A/E firms and general contractors along the East and West Coasts. Her experience has resulted in an expansive network of client and colleague relationships, as well as technical knowledge in all facets of building systems. Jeannine will aid the firm’s growth in the Washington, DC area, where she will be working on market analysis; business opportunity forecasting; capture and win strategies; and bid and proposal strategic development, including competitive analysis.
We are pleased to welcome Michael Cuccia to our New York, NY office as TCT’s Business Development Manager. In his role, Michael will collaborate with project management staff and our Sales & Marketing team to develop and maintain client relationships, pursue leads, qualify and manage opportunities, and support the firm’s strategic business development initiatives.
Michael joins TCT with 15 years of experience in customer service, sales and management. Most recently, he worked as the Sales Operations Manager for the Arcadia Group, a supplier of high-end aluminum fenestration products for the construction industry, where he led the firm’s sales operations and served as the primary contact for architects, contractors and national sales representatives.
Marilyn Goslin has acquired considerable field and office experience in over 35 years in the design and construction industry. While working at the Joint Field Office in New Orleans as a Technical Assistance Contractor, she was responsible for cost validation of government audits, development of scope for estimates from damage descriptions, and review and revision of estimates prepared by others across a broad spectrum of project types and sectors. Marilyn attends client meetings, manages other estimators and is effective at working with contractors and owners. A LEED Accredited Professional, Marilyn is currently providing cost estimating services for New York City’s Office of Management & Budget Hurricane Sandy Recovery Projects as part of an on-call contract..
Necol is an Associate Cost Estimator for Toscano Clements Taylor, LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Hofstra University. During her studies, she specialized in Operations Analysis. At TCT, her duties include preparing takeoffs and estimates for the architectural and general construction trades. She has worked on various projects in the higher education, healthcare, and commercial markets.
From analysis of building deficiency and inspection, to coordinating construction renovation projects, Ali brings a diverse background in the construction industry to TCT as a Cost Estimator. He continuously supports Senior Estimators on complex projects across markets including: higher education, K-12, commercial and government projects throughout the Washington, D.C. and New York metropolitan areas. He has worked on higher education and K-12 projects in the past for DC DGS, NYC School Construction Authority, and SUNY while also doing work on municipal buildings and recreational facilities. His recent project experience includes work for the NYC Build It Back Program on commercial and residential properties damaged by Super Storm Sandy.
Linda Lee has over 25 years of experience as an architect and estimator. Linda has prepared cost estimates in architectural, structural, and civil portion from scope stage to final design stage using OST and Excel. Linda has attended meetings, negotiated contract prices, prepared fee and bid proposals, as well as managing and training others in OST and Excel. She has worked on a variety of project types, including commercial, K-12, higher education, healthcare, and residential. Linda has past experience with NYC SCA, Randall’s Water Park, Trump Tower Apartments, and the Xanadu Meadowlands Sports Complex. Her projects with TCT include work for DASNY, NYU, and FDNY.
Tema manages the daily office operations and assists with all aspects of TCT’s human resources activities. Recently, she seamlessly transitioned the internal payroll to ADP Total Source and she continuously utilizes her extensive experience in small business financial management to evolve personnel services as the company grows.
Nick Maiorana has over 25 years of industry experience. He specializes in renovations of malls, retail centers, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, mixed use/residential buildings, elementary schools, and colleges in the Mid-Atlantic area. Nick’s roles have included Quality Engineer, Estimator, Chief Estimator, Senior Estimator, and Estimating Engineer. His responsibilities have ranged from business development, commercial properties, key accounts, bidding, contracting/subcontracting management, start-ups, budgeting and financial management, quality assurance and site planning. As an estimator, Nick is knowledgeable in preparing conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction estimates using drawings and communication with the client.
Marina is a Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Cost Estimator with estimation and engineering expertise in building renovation and construction projects. In her career, Marina has been responsible for takeoffs for interior and exterior trades, site development, and value engineering activities. As our Administrative Assistant, Leslie supports all of TCT’s staff members with day-to-day office operations. She is a highly qualified professional with strong previous administrative experience in healthcare, management consulting, and commercial real estate.
Anissa is TCT’s Marketing Database Administrator. In her role, she assists the firm with the implementation and management of Cosential, our customer relationship management platform, and also helps manage the flow of project and personnel data between Cosential and our financial and project management platforms. Anissa joins TCT with over 15 years of experience in marketing, data management, and organizational development. Most recently, she worked as the Marketing Database Administrator at Oxford University Press, where she led successful projects in data management, data cultivation, and targeted strategic marketing.
We recently welcomed Allison White to TCT’s Huntington office as a Proposal Coordinator. Allison joins TCT with nearly ten years’ experience as a marketing professional in the A/E/C industry. In her role, Allison will assist the sales & marketing department with proposal preparation, teaming opportunities, and market research.
Neetha joins TCT with over seven years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in estimation and costing for hospitality, residential and commercial projects. She most recently worked as a quantity surveyor for a multinational firm, Gleeds Hooloomann, in Bangalore, India. In her role there, Neetha led a team of quantity surveyors on projects for residential and commercial developers.
Christina is TCT’s Business Operations Coordinator, assisting the firm with contract management, insurance, project setup, accounting, and bookkeeping.
Rahul is a Junior Mechanical Cost Estimator for Toscano Clements Taylor, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the City College of New York. During his studies, Rahul specialized in HVAC system design and Nuclear Power Plant system design. At TCT, his duties include preparing takeoffs and estimates for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection. He also assists with general construction takeoffs and estimates. He has worked on various projects in the higher education, residential, and municipal markets.
Aria has over fifteen years of experience as a project manager and estimator. He has managed a broad range of construction projects from conception to completion in markets such as healthcare, commercial, transportation and education. In addition to being focused on efficiency and his project management responsibilities, Aria has also developed and updated processes for the Critical Path Method (CPM) Construction Schedules. He is currently responsible for project management, quality control, scheduling, negotiations and managing on-time delivery for TCT’s projects. His skills include AutoCAD 2000, P6 & P3 Primavera, and Microsoft Project. Aria’s past projects in the higher education, K-12, and municipal markets include working with DASNY, FDNY, SUNY, and the NYC School Construction Authority. He has also worked on medical centers, chiller replacement, feasibility studies, libraries, and transportation.
Alex is a Mechanical Estimator with TCT. In his role, he is responsible for providing estimation and pricing for HVAC and MEP systems. He holds an M.S. in Engineering and Industrial Management and applies his past experience as a project engineer to his work as an estimator.
TCT is pleased to welcome Tianyang Yu to our New York City office as an Associate Cost Estimator. Tianyang most recently worked as a cost consultant with Dharam Consulting; he also has experience working as a commercial real estate analyst.
George manages TCT’s information technology and computer systems, ensuring the smooth operation of all of our software and equipment.
Andrew joins TCT with two years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry. Prior to starting his marketing career, he spent two and a half years working as a construction inspector, which provides him a unique firsthand perspective of the industry.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from St. John’s University in Queens, NY. An avid sports fan, he spent his first year and a half out of college as a freelance sports writer, covering Long Island high school sports and the National Hockey League.
Stroodle is a founding member of Toscano Clements Taylor and currently works part-time in our Long Island office as a greeter. Her responsibilities include keeping track of visitors, The UPS Guy, and lunch deliveries; employee engagement; and making announcements.
In her free time, she enjoys long naps in the sun, short walks in her stylish jacket, and scavenger hunts.
